Out fishing on the Columbia River the other day I took this one with the Canon PowerShot SD750. No Salmon made it into the boat, but there was some nice scenery and some excellent AM snacks.

I just love this shot. I took it at Lake Mead, Nevada on New Year’s Day, 2008. Such great light there.
Under The Arch, originally uploaded by Tokenhippygirl.
Took this on a trip to St. Louis in 2005. We ended up going up in the Arch. Kind of weird and creepy in the little cars. Sort of pod like. The view was spectacular when you got up to the top, but you could feel the thing move in the wind.

This was taken in December 07 with the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT. We ventured over to Delta Park to take Weston for a walk and found this sign, and a huge group of geese behind it. Kinda cool.

This is an old one, but since tomorrow is the first day of spring, I’ve been thinking about warmer weather and sun.
Took this with a Canon PowerShot SD500 in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2006. I can almost feel the warmth of the sun.

Took this one today with my iPhone in Cathedral Park, Portland, Oregon. It’s one of the huge anchoring supports for the St. Johns Bridge.
